WAJFC Become An SSE Wildcats Girls Football Centre

(Andy Ralph 28/05/2019)
The Wildcats sessions begin on Tuesday 4th June from 6.00pm at Moss Farm. Bookings can be made via this page https://www.facebook.com/wittonwildcats/

Witton Albion JFC SSE Wildcats will be offering organised sessions in a fun and engaging environment created exclusively for girls aged between 5 and 11 years old.  They will have a chance to try football for the first time and provide regular opportunities to play.

SSE Wildcats Girls’ Football sessions take place on a weekly basis, either after school or at weekends, and provide a safe environment where girls can try football for the first time.

The initiative aims to inspire participants to engage with football, meet new friends, develop fundamental skills, learn new things and create the foundation for a lifelong love of football.

Alongside the football for girls activities, there will also be opportunities for the attending parents, carers and siblings to engage with sport in ‘Family Sessions’, e.g. Soccercise/Walking football at the same time.

Witton Albion JFC SSE Wildcats will be run in conjunction with local County FA and utilise qualified coaches and local facilities to offer girls a location nearby where they can get involved.

Witton Albion JFC are looking for volunteers to help run these sessions. Full training will be provided. If you would like to get involved or have a daughter that would be interested please get in contact with Mike Smith on 07854480561 or wittonalbionjfcgirls@gmail.com.
